Your First Visit
Have you decided to make Havasu Dentistry your new dental home? We’re happy that you’re thinking about letting us be your new oral health care partners, and we promise you that you can always expect us to produce quality work that we’ll stand behind. To make sure you’ve properly prepared yourself for your next visit, we’ve listed some important information on this page; please call us to let us know if you have any other concerns about your initial visit.
Your First Visit
We want your first appointment to set the tone for your relationship with Havasu Dentistry. You can count on our front desk staff to greet you and provide you with all of the appropriate forms for your first visit. Once the paperwork is complete, you’ll simply wait to be called back to the treatment area. Your initial examination will include X-rays, and of course you can look forward to a thorough cleaning as well. Depending on what we find, we may recommend further treatments, or we’ll simply help you schedule your next appointment.
Patient Forms
The forms provided for your first visit inform us about any preexisting dental concerns you have as well as health conditions that might affect the type of treatments we can offer. It can take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete the forms, but if you don’t want to spend that much time in our waiting room, you do have the option of downloading and filling them out at home. If you click the link below, you can print out the appropriate forms so that they can already be taken care of by the time you get to our dental office.
Dental Insurance
The cost of dental treatment will vary depending on your needs, but fortunately dental insurance can help you reduce your out-of-pocket costs – particularly when it comes to preventive care. Be sure to get in touch with us ahead of time to confirm that we accept your policy. You’ll save the most money if we’re in-network with your current insurance carrier, but we’re more than happy to accept other plans as well and file the appropriate claims on your behalf.
